We purchased a cordless rechargeable Shaver and it is defective.We cannot get to turn on after charging the required time.

We need to know if we can return to place of purchase for full refund. We are disappointed in your statements on the box and the item not what you state on box. It states we will never have to purchase another razer again and that statement is not true. We really believe you should stand behind the comments you have printed on the box that makes statements you are not able to comply with those statements.
